Field-Based | Van sales support | Performance-Linked Pay

Chemicaland Limited is looking for a commercial agronomist, not a theory lecturer.
If you enjoy farmer interaction, demos, and converting science into sales, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do;
* Conduct on-farm and agro-dealer product demonstrations
* Support the van sales team to close deals in assigned territory
* Train agro dealers and farmers on Chemicaland's products
* Gather market feedback and competitor intelligence
* Drive product adoption and repeat usage

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For;
* Diploma or Degree in Agriculture / Agronomy / Crop Science
* Strong field experience (agro-inputs preferred)
* Confident communicator with farmers and dealers
* Sales-oriented mindset (you are part of the sales engine)
* Willingness to travel extensively
* Results-focused and self-managed

* Valid rider license and experience in riding and maintaining motorbikes
