Chemicaland Limited is recruiting a commercially aggressive, street-smart Van Sales Executive to drive cash sales, open new agro-dealer accounts, and dominate assigned territories using a branded company van.

This role is NOT for desk salespeople.
It is for hunters, closers, and people who thrive on targets.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do;
* Sell Chemicaland's agro-input products directly to agro dealers using a van sales model
* Open new agro dealer accounts weekly
* Drive cash and fast-turnover sales
* Manage your own route, territory, and daily call plan
* Collect payments and grow repeat orders
* Work closely with technical sales agronomists to convert demos into sales

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For;
* Proven B2B or FMCG/agro-input sales experience (van sales is a BIG plus)
* Strong dealer network or ability to build one fast
* Comfortable working with targets, pressure, and accountability
* High energy, self-driven, aggressive, and commercially sharp
* SME mindset – hands-on, flexible, no entitlement
* Valid driving license and proficient in driving manual pickup
